Overview

SeaTicket uses multi-tenancy by default. Every normal user belongs to a team.

The standard Docker deployment automatically creates the first team and a team administrator. Use this account for normal SeaTicket work, including creating projects and managing team members.

The system administrator is an optional maintenance account. It does not belong to any team and cannot use normal SeaTicket features; it can only access the system administration interface. Create one only when you need system-level administration.
