Overview

SeaTicket uses multiple tenancy mode as default. This means that every normal users are associated with a team.

The system admin user is a special user that does not belong to any team and cannot use normal features of SeaTicket. It can only access the system administration interface.

After deploy the server, your first step is to add a team and add users to the team.
